In all the busyness around us, it is very easy to find yourself jumping from one shiny concept to another, absorbing tons of information from your social media feeds and clogged email inbox, getting lost in the overload. Sshhhhhhhh….. it’s time to quieten the noise.

  • Then, identify the ONE thing that could make your life different from what it is right now, something you really truly want to achieve in life.

It could be a dream that keeps you awake at night or a cause that keeps tugging at your heart every time you see or experience the opposite. 

If nothing is coming up for you, find 5-10 people who know you well and can be candid with you. Ask them “what is the one area of my life where if I made a change it would make all the difference for me?” and listen to their responses without judging or putting up a defense. Then ask them why they chose that particular area or advice. Take notes and then compare the responses.
