Almost thirty years ago, I got my first seat in the room where big decisions get made. The plans were smart. The spreadsheets made sense, but I kept noticing the same thing, meeting after meeting: the people in the room didn't always make sense of each other.

I watched one leader walk in, and the whole room came alive. I watched another leader, just as sharp, just as qualified, walk in, and the room went quiet. Over time, it started making sense to me. People aren't the soft side of business. They are the business.

A strategy is just words on a page until a real person has to carry it out. A culture is just a poster on a wall until a leader decides, in some hard, unglamorous moment, to actually live it. Leadership is never really about the title in your email signature. Leadership is what becomes possible simply because you walked into the room.

As a global leader, I've worked across five continents. I've sat with CEOs during the scariest decisions of their careers. I've coached the quiet high-performers who stopped believing in themselves. I've watched teams that looked perfect on paper fall apart underneath, because nobody was saying the true thing out loud.

At the heart of every organisation is PEOPLE. People with hopes. People with fears. People who want their work to matter. That's why my whole approach is built on one idea:

• People & Performance: making the "people agenda" part of the strategy, not a sidebar to it.

• Communication & Influence: helping leaders communicate with clarity, navigate difficult conversations, influence stakeholders and have the conversations that move organisations forward.

Through coaching, consulting, executive advisory, leadership development, and speaking, I work with organisations and individuals who are ready to move from stuck to unstoppable.

Dr. Fofo is also an author, speaker and passionate advocate for helping people build meaningful careers and lives. Her work extends beyond organisational leadership into career growth, executive presence, communication, women's leadership and navigating the seasons of professional life with intention.

She is the author of 20+ books and the creator of practical frameworks and experiences designed to help people become clearer, more confident and more influential in the rooms that matter. A joyful worshipper and mom of two, Dr Fofo lives in Sydney with her family and has a healthy appetite for chocolate cake.
