Mofoluwaso is a Forbes HR Council Member, and has been recognized as one of the Global Top 100 HR Leaders, Top 100 Leading Ladies Nigeria, Top 100 Career Women Nigeria, Pride of Africa Woman, and received a commendation letter from the State of Georgia.  

Mofoluwaso is a Chartered Management Consultant, Org Culture Transformation Consultant, with several certifications in Social and Emotional Intelligence, Conversational Intelligence, Confidence Coaching, DISC, and Executive Coaching. 

Mofoluwaso Ilevbare helps visionary leaders, female professionals, and business leaders to find clarity, envision, examine, explore, eliminate, and execute set goals successfully without burnout. 

Mofoluwaso has a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, and an MBA, and is currently a Doctoral Research student at Walden University, specializing in Human Resources Management, with a keen interest in Leadership and Employee engagement and the evolving Future of Work.

She has also co-authored several Amazon Bestsellers with Brain Tracy, Olympian Annette Lynch, and Trailblazer Femme.

Despite three near-death experiences, Mofoluwaso is truly unstoppable and spends her time, either in her day job or “night ministry”, to ignite women and girls to FEAR LESS, PRESS FORWARD, and BE UNSTOPPABLE! 

She is the Founder of Professionals Network Africa, Flourishing Forties, and Co-Founder of Trailblazer Femme, a Pan-African Executive Hub advancing career women of African descent.

A soulful minister, wife, and mother of two, Mofoluwaso loves God, family life, energizing others, and has a healthy appetite for chocolate cake.
